Chicken Burrito Bowl

Cooler weather is coming and this delicious slow cooker recipe is a staple in our house during the cooler months.

It’s extremely easy to make, made with fresh delicious ingredients and SO versatile.

Slow Cooker Chicken Ingredients:

  • 2-2.5 lbs skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 16 oz chunky salsa
  • 1/3 cup Briannas Cilantro Lime Dressing + more as dressing
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Other Ingredients for bowl:

Directions:

  • Add all “slow cooker chicken ingredients” to slow cooker. Set on high and cook for 3-4 hours or until cooked through.
  • Shred chicken and let it sit for 30 minutes
  • Prepare other ingredients
  • Assemble bowls, and enjoy!
